Monarch Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tewkesbury. This full-time position involves working within a Year 3/4 class, where you’ll support the class teacher, assist in classroom activities, and lead small group interventions to help children reach their learning goals.

• Weekly Rate: £416.65 – £483.6

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the teacher to create an engaging learning environment.
• Support students with various learning activities and provide one-on-one assistance.
• Lead intervention sessions to reinforce key concepts and support student progress.
