Care Assistant

Location: Northampton

Pay: £12.19 – £20 p/hour

Monarch Education are honoured to work alongside a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities setting in the Northampton area. This role will be full time (Mon – Fri) from 8:15am – 3:30pm, term time only based in a school setting.

The candidate needs to…

  • Have experience with SEND children or young adults (essential)
  • Professional manner
  • Friendly and resilient
  • Have a desire to support children
  • Have excellent behaviour management skills, or be willing to learn
  • Provide references relevant to this chosen role
  • Support children and young adults who may be non-verbal
  • Build great relationships with staff and children
  • Be able to work on site and off site, managing behaviours in both areas
