Monarch Education are looking for a dedicated Level 2 SEND Teaching Assistant to join a ‘GOOD’ primary school in Droylsden (M43). This is a full-time role starting in January 2026, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with pupils who have Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support and lead small group interventions to boost learning and social development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to create a positive, structured environment where every child feels supported and included.
  • Manage behaviour calmly and effectively.
  • Be flexible to assist across different year groups when needed.

To be successful, you’ll need a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification and experience working with children with SEND, particularly ASD. Strong communication skills, patience, and a proactive approach are essential.
