EYFS Nursery Teaching Assistant, Filton

A new role with Monarch Education has arisen in an primary school in Filton. The school requires a level 1 teaching assistant to support the additional numbers in their nursery class next term. You will be required to work as a general classroom assistant, supporting the teacher with the whole class and small groups of pupils.

A sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum is required as well as previous work experience within a primary school setting, in particular Early Years.

This role is full time and will start January 2026.

To be considered you must:

  • Have a Child workforce DBS registered with the update service, or be willing to complete a new application
  • Be able to provide details for relevant references to cover the last two years
  • Be available full time

Experience supporting pupils with Speech Language and Communication needs would be beneficial for this role.
