EYFS Class Teacher – Full-Time

Location: Redditch Area
Contract Type: Long-Term (Monday to Friday)

Monarch Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Redditch area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner or an ECT ready to take on full class teacher responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and classroom management within the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Take full responsibility for the class, including planning, marking, and assessment.
  • Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Track pupil progress and use observations to inform planning and next steps.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school, including events and activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Highly organised, committed, and proactive approach to teaching.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children’s progress and wellbeing.
