Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join a thriving mainstream secondary school in Peterborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive environment and wants to help pupils achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects within the secondary curriculum.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support pupils to stay engaged and focused during lessons.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff and contribute to pupil progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and learning needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting children in their learning journey.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
