Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a flexible role? Monarch Education is seeking dedicated practitioners to provide ad hoc daily or long-term support in a welcoming early years setting in Daventry. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in young children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to promote a positive learning environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.

Requirements:

• Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3) or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• A patient and nurturing approach to supporting young children.
• Must hold the right to work in the UK and be available for an enhanced DBS check.
