Supply Teacher – Primary Schools (Oxford, OX1)

About the Role

As a supply teacher with Monarch Education, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (depending on your preference and experience)
• Adapt quickly to new school settings and follow established routines
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, behaviour, and classroom management
• Work flexibly-choose the days that suit you
• Represent Monarch Education with professionalism and reliability

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching across primary phases
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning
• Availability to work within Oxford (OX1)
• Ability to undergo required compliance checks (see Important Information below)
