Role & Responsibilities:

• Support children with a wide range of SEND needs to access the curriculum and develop essential life skills
• Assist in implementing personalised learning plans and tailored strategies
• Foster an inclusive, nurturing, and positive environment
• Support behavioural management and promote social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored support
• Encourage independence, confidence, and resilience in children with diverse needs
