About the Role:

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with class teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of complex needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities. You’ll help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment where pupils can thrive both academically and emotionally.

We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in school or care settings)
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Flexibility to work across different age groups (primary or secondary)

The school is based in Witney, Oxfordshire, with excellent transport links and on-site parking.
