Salary: £88.92 – £118.50 per day
Location: Cheltenham and surrounding areas

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Partner to join our expanding team and support primary and secondary schools across the Cheltenham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping children thrive-whether you’re an experienced classroom assistant or looking to take your first step into education.

About the Role

As a Teaching Partner, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and pupils throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include:

• Providing 1:1 and small‑group support
• Helping to deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs
• Assisting with classroom management and organisation
• Creating a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment

Assignments vary, giving you the chance to work in different school settings and year groups.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children (school, coaching, youth work, tutoring etc.) – desirable but not essential
• A positive, patient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be on the Update Service)
