Monarch Education is working with a Nursery School in Northfield to recruit a full-time Nursery Practitioner.

The successful candidate will support children with SEND within an early years setting. Responsibilities include implementing tailored activities, supporting individual development plans, and fostering an inclusive environment that promotes positive outcomes for all children.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Recognised Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Early Years, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare)
  • Minimum of 12 weeks experience working in a UK Early Years setting supporting children with SEND
  • Knowledge of early years development frameworks such as the EYFS
  • Experience in planning activities that support children’s individual needs and developmental stages
  • Ability to implement inclusive practices and adapt activities for children with diverse needs
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
