About the Role

As a Behaviour Manager, you will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour across the school and ensuring that all behaviour policies are consistently and effectively implemented. You will support students with challenging, emotional, and social needs, providing guidance and intervention to help them overcome barriers to learning. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and families to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote positive behaviour across the school and uphold behaviour policies
  • Support students with challenging behaviours, emotional needs, and social difficulties
  • Oversee behaviour interventions, restorative practices, and pastoral support plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral staff to improve student engagement
  • Ensure the school environment is safe, orderly, and conducive to learning
  • Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with school policies
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families
