Monarch Education is looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in our friendly and welcoming partner primary schools in Banbury.

Whether you’re experienced, new to education, or considering a career in teaching, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
• Provide general classroom support alongside the class teacher
• Help children with learning, social development, and confidence building
• Work collaboratively with staff to create a positive, inclusive environment
• Support pupils with additional needs where required

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need formal teaching qualifications – just:

• A positive, patient and caring attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Passion for supporting children’s development
• Reliability and a willingness to learn
  Experience in education, childcare, youth work, or similar roles is beneficial but not essential.

• Monday to Friday, term‑time
