Monarch Education is seeking passionate, dedicated and creative Early Childhood Teachers to support Primary Schools across Bicester, working within EYFS (Nursery & Reception).

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering engaging, age‑appropriate lessons following the EYFS curriculum
  • Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
  • Supporting early reading, phonics, play‑based learning and key developmental milestones
  • Collaborating with classroom support staff and parents
  • Ensuring every child feels safe, supported and excited to learn

We’re looking for…

  • QTS or an equivalent early years teaching qualification
  • Experience working within EYFS
  • A positive, energetic and child‑centred approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour‑management skills
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
