Primary Classroom Assistant

Pay Rate: £100 – £120 per day
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Temporary with potential for long-term opportunities

Monarch Education is excited to be recruiting enthusiastic, caring and reliable Primary Classroom Assistants to support local primary schools across Bicester. The Role

As a Primary Classroom Assistant, you will be supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in a variety of ways, including:

• 1:1 support for pupils who need additional guidance
• General classroom support, helping the teacher deliver engaging lessons
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping create a safe, supportive learning environment
• Supporting with small group activities, phonics, literacy, numeracy and creative tasks

Every day is different – perfect for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, rewarding role.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need teaching experience – just the right attitude! We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• Patient, kind and enthusiastic
• Confident working with children
• A great communicator and team player
• Reliable and committed
• Willing to learn and take guidance

Experience in childcare, youth work, coaching, or SEN support is a bonus – but not essential.
