£100-£120 per day

Monarch Education is looking for caring, resilient and enthusiastic SEN 1:1 Support Assistants to join our friendly team and support local schools in Swindon. Whether you have previous SEN experience or transferable skills from care, support work, youth work or childcare-we’d love to hear from you!
The Role
As an SEN Support Assistant, you will be:
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support to students with SEND (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD)
- Helping pupils engage in learning and build confidence
- Supporting the class teacher in creating an inclusive, safe and positive environment
- Encouraging independence, social skills and emotional regulation
- Ensuring educational and wellbeing needs are met throughout the school day
