Monarch Education is seeking a compassionate and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Moston (M40). This is a full-time, long-term position, ideal for someone dedicated to supporting children with special educational needs and providing consistent, high-quality care.

About the Role

• Full-time SEN TA role within a nurturing primary setting
• Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of additional needs
• Assist with behaviour regulation, communication support and tailored learning activities
• Provide personal care when required
• Work closely with teachers, SENCO and external professionals
• Help create a safe, supportive and inclusive learning environment

About You

• Experienced in supporting children with special educational needs
• Comfortable and confident providing personal care
• Patient, empathetic and able to build trusting relationships
• Calm, proactive and able to adapt to individual needs
• Experienced in education or care – a background in care is welcome if relevant
• Able to commit fully to a long-term, full-time role
