Monarch Education are expanding and have multiple opportunities within primary schools based around Wednesbury and surrounding areas.
We are currently looking for qualified a Teaching Assistant across multiple subjects to work on either a full-time or part-time basis, working both 1:1 with SEN primary pupils, group work, and general TA – Starting March and April 2026.
We are looking for a dedicated and motivational TA to help support both Key stage 1 & 2 pupils. Whether you have multiple years’ worth of teaching experience or you have recently qualified, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will hold the following qualifications and skills:
- Has recent, relevant experience as a teaching assistant within the EYFS KS1 KS2.
- Previous experience with SEN students is preferred.
- Flexible, committed, motivational and passionate about teaching.
- A current DBS or is willing to complete a new one.
- Able to easily commute around Sandwell.

Salary & working hours
Daily rates of pay vary dependent on experience between £90 to £95 per day
This is a flexible role with both full-time and part-time positions available – meaning, you have full control of when you are looking to work and how many hours you want to complete.
