SEMH Teaching Assistant – Rushden
Monarch Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support students in a specialist Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) provision in . This Rushden is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, including those with additional behavioural, emotional, or mental health needs.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to provide tailored 1:1 and small‑group support, build trusting relationships with students, and help create a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
