Monarch Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers to support schools across Stratford-upon-Avon and the surrounding Warwickshire area. We offer a mix of flexible day-to-day cover and longer-term roles, giving you complete control over your working pattern.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔ Recent, relevant school-based experience
✔ Strong behaviour management and communication skills
✔ A genuine passion for supporting young people

Compliance Requirements

To complete your registration, we’ll need:

  • References covering the last 2 years
  • At least one reference from working with children
  • A valid enhanced DBS (we can help you apply if you don’t have one)
