What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous school-based experience is essential
✔ Confidence supporting students aged 11-16
✔ Strong communication and behaviour management skills
✔ A proactive and supportive approach to working with young people
Compliance Requirements
To complete your registration, we’ll need:
- References covering the last 2 years
- At least one reference from work involving children
- A valid enhanced DBS (we can assist you in obtaining one if needed)
