What We’re Looking For

Previous school-based experience is essential
✔ Confidence supporting students aged 11-16
✔ Strong communication and behaviour management skills
✔ A proactive and supportive approach to working with young people

Compliance Requirements

To complete your registration, we’ll need:

  • References covering the last 2 years
  • At least one reference from work involving children
  • A valid enhanced DBS (we can assist you in obtaining one if needed)
