Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join friendly and supportive schools. You’ll work alongside teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences and provide tailored emotional and behavioural support to pupils.

We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a patient and trauma‑informed approach, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships. Experience supporting children whether in a classroom, small‑group, or one‑to‑one setting is highly desirable. Flexibility, reliability, and a genuine commitment to helping pupils progress are essential.
