Monarch Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Droylsden (M43) to recruit a dedicated Primary School Teacher for a full‑time position starting September 2026.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive and well‑managed classroom environment
  • Track pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and support staff
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within a primary school setting (ECTs welcome)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passionate about inspiring and supporting young learners
