Rate: Main Pay Scale M1- UPS3
Monarch Education, part of Affinity Workforce, are working in close partnership with a Catholic primary school within a well‑established Catholic Multi‑Academy Trust serving communities across Birmingham, Solihull and Warwickshire.
The school is seeking to appoint a dynamic, innovative and motivated class teacher to join their welcoming team from September 2026. The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Holds a QTS qualification and a proven track record of recent work within a primary year group
- Have a genuine respect for children and a strong passion to help them learn and grow
- Show a clear commitment to promoting and upholding the Catholic ethos of the school
- Have strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner who can motivate, engage and inspire pupils
- Demonstrate consistently high expectations for all children
- Deliver high‑quality teaching that supports strong progress and outcomes
- Use assessment effectively to inform planning, set challenging targets and track pupil progress accurately
- Plan and deliver imaginative and engaging lessons that enable pupils to reach their potential
- Be highly motivated, organised and reflective in practice
- Work effectively as part of a team and take a full and active role in school life
- Create a positive and effective learning environment
- Be committed to working in partnership with parents and the wider community
