Please note:

We can confirm that all your holiday has been paid to you in each payroll and is paid on a “rolled-up basis” together with your regular pay. It is calculated at 12.07% of your Basic Pay and Bonus Pay and is clearly itemised separately on each payslip as ‘Holiday Pay’.

Alternative option:

If you prefer, we can retain your holiday pay (using the same 12.07% rolled-up holiday pay calculation), creating a ‘holiday pot’. We can then release this as a lump sum or partial payment when you request it, which you can do through your Generate Pay Portal or by email.

If you would like to change how your holiday pay is managed, please email us at contractorcare@ and we will update your preference.
