We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join our supportive school community in Northfield from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate teacher who is flexible and eager to make a positive impact across the primary phase. The year group will be confirmed later in the summer term and will be either Year 1 or Year 4, depending on staffing needs.

The Role

  • Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
  • Create a positive, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment
  • Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development
  • Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and support progress
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
  • Uphold safeguarding and wider school policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS (or is on track to achieve it)
  • Has experience teaching in either KS1 or KS2 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Is adaptable, reflective and committed to high standards
  • Builds positive relationships with pupils and the wider school community
  • Has a passion for inclusive, child-centred learning
