About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
• Plan, assess and track progress in line with national curriculum expectations

• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Promote high standards of behaviour and attainment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
• Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to continuous professional development
• Willingness to be fully involved in the wider school community
• A passionate and proactive approach to teaching and learning
