Monarch Education are recruiting for a SENDCo to join a secondary school close to Small Heath area from September.
This is a full-time, long-term role with temp to perm opportunities available for the right candidate.
The school are looking for an experienced SEND professional who can lead SEND provision, support pupils with additional needs and work closely with staff, families and external agencies to ensure students receive the right support.
QTS is required for this role.
You will be responsible for coordinating support for students with SEND, overseeing EHCPs, reviewing interventions and helping teaching staff adapt provision to meet individual needs. The role will suit someone who is organised, confident with paperwork and able to manage a busy SEND caseload effectively.

A NASENCO or NPQ SENCO qualification would be desirable, but strong SENDCo experience will also be considered.
