What were looking for:

• Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (preferred but not essential depending on role)
• A warm, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
