Monarch Education is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support friendly and supportive schools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling a range of administrative duties, supporting the smooth running of school operations, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, pupils, and visitors.

We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a professional and approachable manner. Previous administrative experience within a school setting is highly desirable, along with familiarity with systems such as SIMS or Arbor. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
