Science Teacher- September Start

Job Type: Part time, 4 days per week, Temporary
Salary: £165-£262 per day (dependent on experience)
Location: South Birmingham

Monarch Education are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham from September. This is a part-time role (4 days per week) on a temporary basis for one term initially, with the potential for extension.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality Science lessons

across KS3 and KS4, inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver effective Science lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the wider school community and departmental activities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Science at secondary level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A passion for education and student development
