Monarch Education is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a well-established and welcoming nursery setting in the Cambridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-quality early years environment, supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging, play-based activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children within a nursery or EYFS setting and be confident supporting daily routines, including personal care. A good understanding of child development, communication, and early learning is essential. Experience supporting children with additional needs would be beneficial. We are looking for someone who is patient, proactive, and passionate about making a positive impact in early years education.
