Monarch Education is working with a primary school in Bolton looking to appoint a full-time Primary Teacher.

The role involves delivering engaging and effective lessons to a primary-aged class, supporting pupils of varying abilities and ensuring all students are able to access the curriculum. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality teaching, assessing pupil progress and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Differentiate learning activities to meet a range of abilities and needs
  • Assess, monitor and report on pupil progress
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policy
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
  • Contribute to the wider school community and activities

The school is looking for a qualified teacher who has experience working within a primary setting. You should be confident in delivering lessons across the curriculum, have strong classroom management skills and be committed to supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
