SEND Teacher

Monarch Education are working with a primary school in Aston to recruit a SEND Teacher to join their team.

This role is full-time (5 days per week), however the school are open to part-time applications and can be flexible on working days for the right candidate.

About the role:

• Deliver tailored lessons to pupils with SEND
• Support a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD and communication needs
• Work closely with the SENCO and classroom support staff
• Plan and adapt lessons in line with EHCP targets
• Create a structured, inclusive and supportive learning environment

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to differentiate learning to meet individual needs
• A calm, patient and adaptable approach
