We are currently recruiting for a full-time Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Northfield (B31). This is a long-term opportunity starting in September, offering consistency and the chance to become a valued part of the school community.

Role Available:

🔹 Year 3 Teacher (Full Time)
* Teaching a Key Stage 2 class
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

About the role:

• Monday to Friday – Full time (term time only)
  * Based in Northfield (B31)
  * Starting September
  * Long-term position with potential to continue
  * Full classroom responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment
  * Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a confident, committed, and enthusiastic teacher with a passion for supporting pupils’ learning and development.

You will:
* Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (within the last 2 years, with references)
* Be confident planning and delivering lessons to meet a range of needs
* Have strong classroom management skills
* Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B31

Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs – applicants must have prior teaching experience.
