ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED SEND TEACHER LOOKING FOR A PART-TIME ROLE?

We are currently recruiting for a SEND Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Solihull (B90). This is a part-time opportunity within the school’s ARC provision, offering the chance to make a real difference in a specialist setting.

Role Available:

🔹 SEND Teacher – ARC Provision (Part Time)
* Teaching within the school’s specialist ARC (Additionally Resourced Centre)
* Delivering tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs
* Creating a structured, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

About the role:

• 3 days per week (term time only)
  * Based in Solihull (B90)
  * Long-term position with potential to continue
  * Working with pupils with a range of SEND needs
  * Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
  * Working closely with support staff, SENCO, and wider school team

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and experienced teacher with a strong background in SEND.

You will:
* Have recent experience working in a SEND specialist setting or school (this must be evidenced)
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of complex needs
* Have experience planning and delivering differentiated lessons
* Have a patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
* Be able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Be committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B90
