KS2 Class Teacher

We are currently recruiting for an Upper Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Sheldon (B26) for the Autumn term. This is a fantastic short-term opportunity to work within a supportive school and make a real impact.

Role Available:

🔹 Upper KS2 Teacher (Full Time)
* Teaching within Upper Key Stage 2
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment

About the role:

• Monday to Friday – Full time (term time only)
  * Based in Sheldon (B26)
  * Autumn term position
  * Full classroom responsibilities including planning, preparation, and assessment
  * Working collaboratively with teachers and school staff

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking a confident, experienced, and enthusiastic teacher who can deliver high-quality teaching in Upper Key Stage 2.

You will:
* Have recent experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (within the last 2 years, with references)
* Be confident planning and delivering lessons to meet a range of needs
* Have strong classroom management skills
* Be able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
* Work effectively as part of a team
* Be committed to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
* Ideally be local to the area or able to travel to B26

Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs – applicants must have prior teaching experience.
