We’re working with a well-established and growing trust of schools in the Frome and Cheddar area who are looking to build a strong and reliable bank of QTS Supply Teachers. About the Role
As part of the trust’s supply pool, you’ll provide ad hoc and short-term cover across multiple primary schools within the trust. This role offers variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience in different settings while still feeling part of a wider, supportive network.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning and ensuring a positive classroom environment when regular teachers are absent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
- Adapting teaching to suit the needs of different pupils and schools
- Providing feedback to school staff at the end of each day
- Building relationships across multiple schools within the trust
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for teachers who:
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Are flexible, reliable, and confident across primary year groups
- Can quickly adapt to different school environments
- Have strong classroom management skills
- Are available for full-time and/or part-time work
