Salary: £162.31 – £223.62 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

Monarch Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Oldham (OL2) on a full-time maternity cover contract starting in September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers looking to make a positive impact within a nurturing school environment. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering engaging lessons, promoting an inclusive learning environment and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold its values and ethos.
• Ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met at all times.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
