The Role
As the Year 5 Class Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Assess, track, and report on pupil progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience desirable but not essential).
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
- Is passionate about raising standards and improving outcomes for all learners.
- Has strong communication and organisational skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
