We are excited to be recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join two welcoming and growing nursery schools located in Erdington and Great Barr, starting from the new academic year.

About the role:
- Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for the right candidate
- Working within a nurturing and stimulating EYFS environment across either nursery site
- Supporting children through play-based learning and meaningful experiences
- Encouraging children’s communication, language, social and emotional development
- Working alongside experienced and dedicated early years professionals

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Practitioner who genuinely loves working with young children. You’ll be proactive, reliable, and flexible, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping children thrive during their earliest years of education.
You will:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare Qualification
- Have recent experience working within a Nursery or EYFS setting (within the last 2 years, with references)
- Have a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
- Be confident supporting children’s learning and development through play
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Support children’s communication, language, and personal development
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and the wider nursery team
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues
- Demonstrate strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Be committed, reliable, and flexible in your approach
- Ideally be local to the area or able to travel easily
- Experience supporting SEND pupils is desirable but not essential
