Full Time Temporary Role | September Start | Shropshire
Monarch Education is recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent girls school in Shropshire, seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Geography Teacher to join their team on a full-time temporary basis from September.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Teach Geography across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
- Plan, prepare and deliver inspiring lessons that challenge and engage learners.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the wider aims and ethos of the school.
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants should have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for educating young people.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.

Salary: £165-£262 per day (Dependent on experience)
This is a full-time temporary position, starting September 2026, term time only, working times: 08:30-16:30.
