The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow school planning and adapt learning activities where required.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encourage participation, confidence, and a love of learning.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a school setting.
- Are confident delivering high-quality lessons and managing a classroom effectively.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are reliable, flexible, and adaptable.
- Are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
