The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across a Key stage 1 + Key stage 2.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow school plans and adapt learning activities where required.
- Encourage pupils to participate actively in their learning.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its positive learning culture.
What We’re Looking For

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within a school setting.
- Are confident delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
