The Role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary age range.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Follow school planning and adapt lessons where required.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
  • Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Encourage confidence, independence, and resilience.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
  • Uphold the school’s values and contribute positively to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within a primary school setting.
