The Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Take full responsibility for planning, preparation, and assessment.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress.
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Are confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons.
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Are passionate about raising attainment and supporting pupil progress.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are committed to creating engaging and inclusive learning environments.
- Can inspire pupils to become confident and independent learners.
