The Role
As a Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key stage 1 and Key stage 2.
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Follow school planning and adapt lessons as required.
- Encourage pupils to participate actively in their learning.
- Promote high standards of behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.
- Support children’s academic, social, and emotional development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
- Contribute to the school’s nurturing and inclusive ethos.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching within a school environment.
- Are confident delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behaviour.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are flexible, reliable, and able to adapt quickly to new environments.
- Are passionate about helping children achieve their full potential.
- Enjoy building strong professional relationships and becoming part of a school community.
