We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 & KS2 Supply Teacher to join a highly regarded primary school in Nailsea from September. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 within a supportive and welcoming school environment.

The Role

As a KS1 & KS2 Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
  • Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
  • Promote high standards of behaviour and learning expectations.
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with school policies.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, teachers, and senior leaders.
  • Support the school’s commitment to both academic achievement and personal development.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For

We would love to hear from candidates who:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2.
  • Are confident delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
  • Have strong classroom management skills.
  • Are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about education.
  • Share the school’s values of developing the whole child, both academically and personally.
