We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable KS1 & KS2 Supply Teacher to join a highly regarded primary school in Nailsea from September. This full-time position offers the opportunity to teach across both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 within a supportive and welcoming school environment.

The Role
As a KS1 & KS2 Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports learning and wellbeing.
- Adapt lesson delivery to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities.
- Promote high standards of behaviour and learning expectations.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress in line with school policies.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, teachers, and senior leaders.
- Support the school’s commitment to both academic achievement and personal development.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For
We would love to hear from candidates who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Have experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2.
- Are confident delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum.
- Have strong classroom management skills.
- Are committed to creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about education.
- Share the school’s values of developing the whole child, both academically and personally.
