Monarch Education are recruiting Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Hilton and the surrounding Derbyshire area from September 2026.
As schools prepare for the new academic year, we are working with a number of local primary schools looking to appoint enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants. Whether you’re looking for a long-term placement, part-time position or flexible work around other commitments, we have opportunities available throughout the area.
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Learning Support Assistant, Sports Coach, Youth Worker or similar child-focused role would be highly beneficial.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils’ learning, development and wellbeing throughout the school day.
You may work with individual pupils, support small groups, assist with intervention activities or provide general classroom support alongside the class teacher. Schools are seeking individuals who can help create a positive learning environment and encourage pupils to achieve their full potential.
This role would be ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants as well as candidates looking to build a career within education.
